The bright, open layout maximizes space and natural light and includes a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The studio also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer , Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi, plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests enjoy direct beach access, an oceanfront pool, and a spacious sundeck. Sand chairs and beach umbrellas are provided. We have off-street parking.

We are located on the main street through Ocean City, MD which is Coastal Highway. We are considered in the area of North Ocean City. We have restaurants, retail and a movie theater all within a short walking distance. We are also conveniently located on the bus route.

Our condo has a large off-street parking lot where you can leave your car if you’d rather take public transportation, grab a ride share or just walk to your destination.

This is a beach hide-a-way just waiting to be found. Condo was cozy and comfortable, offering with a beach vibe. The wall of windows allowed the outside to shine in daily. This is beachfront so access to beach was just steps away. Condo has everything you may need while on vacation, with a bonus of washer and dryer in the unit. A gem located right on the beach! Cute beach themed efficiency. Private walkway to the public beach, which is less than five minutes. No private balcony, but there is a huge window that overlooks the communal balcony and pool. At night if you leave it open, you can hear the waves hitting the beach! Host is responsive and location is walking distance to all the stores and food options you need. Highly recommend Robbin‘s place. (originally posted on VRBO.).

Our property at High Point North is entirely non-smoking. This also includes all outdoor areas. Guests are not permitted to bring pets, per condominium restrictions. Please rinse off the sand chairs and umbrellas at the outside shower before bringing them back inside the condo. Please only park in parking spaces that are not designated for a specific unit. Parking is strictly enforced, and your car could be towed at your expense. Trash is to be deposited in the trash chute which is one level up between units E and F. Please only place bagged trash inside the chute. Guests are not permitted to disconnect the WiFi. Doing so will cause you to incur a charge of $250.00
Limited or No Parking
We have a large off-street parking lot. During the summer season, Memorial Day-Labor Day, there is a $55.00 registration fee for your vehicle. Please only park in unassigned spaces. Parking rules are strictly enforced, and your car may be subject to being towed at owner's expense.
